| Meetings
The next IBA General Meeting is May 20th at 10:00am. Meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month at 10am at: The NWMLS Building, 11430 NE 120th St., Kirkland, WA 98034 except for our December meeting, which is moved to the second Thursday.
Our meetings are scheduled as follows:
*August 19th - Real Estate Commissioner - Discussing the new licensing law, and the process for getting laws/policies at DOL changed *September 16th - Sound Transit/Light Rail Link Update & Discussion *October 21st - Jeffrey Lorsch, from Evergreen State Mortgage, will discuss “Changes In The Financing World & Their Impact On Your Transactions” – Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC), Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac, Loan Modifications, etc. *November 18th - TBA *December 9th - NWMLS Update & Recognition
Other tentative 2010 speakers include representatives from the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Realtor’s Association, as well as presentations on statistics & developing issues in our profession. Check back frequently for updates and notices.
