I've been involved in real estate in a variety of aspects for twenty five years. Prior to becoming a licensed broker, I was an investor – owning several rental homes and a mobile home park. I've also managed several house construction projects and have renovated homes for re-sale (flips). My working experience with property management, staging, house construction, home repair and buying & selling prompted me to start my own property management company in 2017. Now, as the Designated Broker of Niche Realty Associates, I'm putting my knowledge of running a business to work for myself and my brokers. My real estate skills may encompass great breadth and depth but it's my love of “home” that drives my business. New to Seattle? In my free time, I enjoy baking for friends and family, walking my dog (Thatcher), listening to live music and knitting.
