James Mallory, owner of Environix, joins us for his mold training presentation “How to Keep Mold from Killing your Deals.” James has been extremely well received with his quick, 15 minute presentations at member firms’ offices, and we appreciate him coming back to give us a refresher in the world of mold.

Gina Clark, the King County Manager of Government Affairs with the Master Builders Association joins us for a discussion on what’s going on in the world of housing development. Gina works on local, regional, and state policy issues around housing, transportation, and environmental issues as well as advocating for funding and shaping policy to build healthier, more prosperous, and equitable communities.
