Nancy Sievert

I've been involved in real estate in a variety of aspects for twenty five years. Prior to becoming a licensed broker, I was an investor – owning several rental homes and a mobile home park. I've also managed several house construction projects and have renovated homes for re-sale (flips). My working experience with property management, staging, house construction, home repair and buying & selling prompted me to start my own property management company in 2017. Now, as the Designated Broker of Niche Realty Associates, I'm putting my knowledge of running a business to work for myself and my brokers.
