After 30+ years as a home builder and developer in the Tacoma/Pierce County area, I am very excited to be entering this new chapter in my career that will allow me to continue in the business that I love and have dedicated so many years to.  Working for and eventually co-owning my family’s construction business with my husband has given me the experience which makes me uniquely qualified as a listing or selling broker.  I spent the past three decades primarily being “the seller.”  I understand the priorities of the seller and what kind of performance and communication they want and expect of their listing broker.  On the flip side, I enjoy working with buyers and helping guide them through the process of purchasing a home.  Knowing what motivates the seller, how their emotions drive decisions and how they view the whole sales process assists me in counseling buyers from the initial offer, through inspection & financing contingencies and finally to closing.  If a new home is what my client is in the market for, my years as a construction estimator, cost control specialist and financial officer can be extremely helpful.

A little about me personally:  I am a Tacoma Native, and spent my formative years living & attending school not only in Tacoma, but also in Lakewood and University Place and am a graduate of The Charles Wright Academy.  My husband and I settled and raised our daughters here in University Place. I truly love the Pierce County area.  I know it well and believe in it as one of the best places to live, invest, raise a family, go to school and have a great life with all the wonderful things the area has to offer.
