We are a boutique brokerage located in Mukilteo.  My team and I have individual roles where we each specialize in working with buyers and sellers.  The areas we primarily work in are Island and Snohomish County.  The Owner/Designated Broker - Katie Grindon is a 5th generation Whidbey Islander and a large portion of her business is conducted in Island County  This includes being very specialized in waterfront properties. 

We are also focused on and involved in the Mukilteo Community where we are members of the Chamber of Commerce and participate in and promote all things local to the area.  Our 2018 goal is to become the Mukilteo Experts

Our business is built on relationships.  We care deeply about each and every client we work with and strive to offer them a 10 star experience at every step of the buying and selling process.  Our goal is not only to serve our clients but for them to love us so much that they refer friends and family to us.  We continue to keep in contact with our clients beyond the sale and maintain long term relationships with them.
